With a contemporary approach and through a holistic lens I will work with your to tailor a therapeutic experience personalised to your experiences and unique needs.
During my initial sessions, I like to spend some time understanding your history and who you are as a person so we can form initial therapy goals to what is going to be effective for you. I believe there is no “one size fits all” and this is clear in my practice.

Talk-based therapies, psycho-education and interventions from different modalities.
